Dude this stuff is great... I loved your other thread too! Any chance of you sharing your secrets with us? How do you go about creating these great images...

Is the cop based on Robert DeNiro?

This is great, great stuff! I think a lot of people here really like the realism aspect of cg...I on the other hand love this kind of stuff...seems more like art to me.. (ducking for cover)

and by the way, your english is just fine...nice progress pics!

I like your style too! It has a 1950's comic book style. Not everything has to be photorealism that would be a bore. Thanks for posting the steps, it is always interesting to the processes that other artists go through. These are really fun to look at.

Talking

abraldes,

I really like your illustration style and admire the ambitiousness of these pieces, but I feel that all of them could be pushed even further rendering and value/light/dark contrast~wise. I think the businessmen shaking hands is your strongest piece, and the last piece, though strong rendering~wise, is weaker compositionally than the rest. In this last piece, the two characters, though existing differently in space, have the same value to their faces as one another ~ you could really exploit a more dramatic effect by significantly lightening or darkening one of the two faces.

Good stuff, though, and it's great to see your posts!
