i am trying to make the dupli's of an object to track it, so when i move it its dupli's would turn to face it, i think that i already done this a while ago but i cant find the file and i didnt fing it in the manual.

can anyone help me?

I do not think that is possible due to the parinting relation between the objects, it will prevent tracking.

However if you duplicate the object you are parinting to. Parent to one and duplivert from it, then track the other copy. Now set the parented copy material ZTransp on, Alpha to zero and Shadless to make it invisible in you render you should get the effect you are looking for as the duplicated objects will track the visible copy.
