Death To The Critters, Robin Chyo (2D)

Title: Death To The Critters
Name: Robin Chyo
Country: USA
Software: Photoshop

Hello! Here's my latest painting.

about: I wanted to be able to do at least one more personal painting before school started back up again, so after some brainstorming, I decided on what sort of image I wanted to do. I wanted an image with some humor, some gore, and lots of creatures. I guess this is the end result. :-p

It was entirely painted in Photoshop and was done in about 6 days on and off. The original file's dimensions are 5100x3000px @ 300dpi. Creatures were made on the go.

Here's a close up of the man's face and some details.

Woah, how long did it take to even make all those aliens!? I really like this piece! I remeber seeing it from the start, and I'm very pleased with the final results! You always come up with the best ideas! I'm jealous. Die.

A fun fact I forgot to mention: there are about 23 different creatures here. I keep forgetting which one's which. I believe only one has been used twice in this image. :-)

Im not too keen on the guy's chunky space armour, but i bloody love the lighting and colours you are using! Excellent strong hilights.
