Okay, it's a very nice little model you've got there, but I've got a few crits:
the nose looks a bit too disconnected, and the little divider between the nostril thing goes down too far--these could just be style, though.

Also, there's something SERIOUSLY wrong with the dude's ears--though you may just not have gotten to that yet.

The eyes look too far apart, the head should be 5 eyes wide.

Luffey? As in Luffey from "One Piece"? I don't follow the manga, but i do watch the cartoon. If it is Luffey from One Piece, then maybe you should think about taking away most of if not all of the muscle bulk. The model gives the impression of an adult, and not a child...But then for all i know that's what he looks like now in the mangas, or maybe that is simply the name of you character. If this is so, then plainly ignore my post. Thank you come again.

Hey, another one from you. You certainly do lots of projects at the same time. I'm already starting to recognize your style. Other than what's already been mentioned, I noticed that all of your models use the same "global smoothing". You may want to use different smoothing groups in Max(even if it's temp) to help you see the volumes of what you are modeling. In particular, it's hard to shape the ear with the smoothing on, because you don't get a feel of where the verts should be.

Nice project though. You love modeling anime characters.
