FXWars! BIG Freeze!: jjstanley, Hybrid

Well, I finally decide to go in on this one with a hybrid entry. It will involve aircraft and could be a deleted scene from DAT. If anyone out there does matte painting I could use some help in that area.

Well, I've had a slow start but getting some things together. Here is my first matte painting I have ever done! I know it's not perfect but it's getting there. It is based off of one of the refrence pics that was posted. It will be mapped spherically so that's wh it looks warped.

I have been working on the snow now so here is a test of the Cessna flying through a cloud with blowing snow.

Hi... your clip ist good so far.

The plain is shaking but there have to be a camers-shakt in the clip too i think.
It gives the whole Scene a more realistic look!

Nice work!

I think the snow is great but the plane needs a more realistic movement, try shaking it not quite as much and not all the time

Here is another update of the plane flying. I have improved it quite a bit but still needing work. It is very busy at work so not getting much done.

The first half looks great, alot more realistic, the second half looks strange, there is a werid skip in it.
