Hutch Room

This is an image I did early this year. It was a study in lighting and I was trying to get the aspect to match a 35mm camera.

This was the last thing I did with 3DStudio Max 3.1
Scanline A renderer, no GI; used traditional lighting.

Let me hear your thoughts on it.
Cheers,

The construction of hte scene looks good with lots of detail in the furnishing. The image appears a bit dark to me but that is probably just my Gamma settings. The lighting does look good (Gamma 1.3) it is pretty convincing and I assume it is fast to render too. I do think that the lighting however does look a little flat it illuminates the scene well but doesn't really add anything to it like coloured highlights and tinted shadows.

Good work though.
