Arrow "Rage" - Daily Sketch #380 Video Montage

First I would like to thank the various artists that submitted their illustrations on the
Daily Sketch #380 - "RAGE": Illustrate the poem: EXPERIMENTAL THREAD.

Thanks to their visions, I bring to you "Rage," the video montage of voice-over poetry and art, produced by Teck Lee Tan aka LoTekK. This video montage is as much to showcase the artwork as it is the poem.

Kudos to Roberto Ortiz and Rebecca Kimmel for their wholehearted support of this endeavor!

Small: 320x240 (2.8MB)
Large: 640x480 (10MB)

As art is my inspiration, so I hope that my poetry is a source of inspiration for artists in return.

The poetry is real good along with the clever depiction of it through many illustrations that blend together. Commendable work! Hope more work like this will come up using other graphic images like 3D art or even short clips of each animation, for instance. Keep up the good work!

Awesome, guys!!! I really like Squibbit's at the end ~ too funny!!!

For a guy who learned After Effects from me in about 2.5 seconds ~ Woo! Impressive!!!

Rock on.

I really liked this. Good job fitting images to the words. Impressive. (Thanks for using my humble sketch) I'd love to see more things like this in the future. With so many different takes on the poem, you were able to fill in each moment. Any other poems you want to see done this way? I'm in if there are.Great work and awesome poem!

Loved it! Poetry is best when it's read by the author, IMO, and the editing couldn't have been better. Great idea showing Telemaco's panels as animation and my favorite was Squibbit's quote after the credits.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. Glad everyone liked the Squibbit piece at the end. When I saw his sketch on the thread, I knew I had to throw that in somewhere.

This was Nina's pet project, something she wanted me to help put together. Her vision, my clumsy After Effects work. Glad it worked out nicely, though. Thanks again to everyone who took part in that daily sketch.

Just looked at my webstats and realized that I'm quickly approaching my 6GB monthly bandwidth (5GB over the weekend for those two files alone ), so if anyone would care to mirror them, that'd be much appreciated.

Rebecca pointed me to the dsg thread and then I saw the link to this thread at the end and I must say that the images work beautifully with the poem. Great work Nina and all the artists in the video!
