Tear off brush palette in Photoshop

Can anyone tell me if there is some sneaky trick for this? I use the < and > for hotkeys of course but a floating palette would be nice to work with at times. Running win XP and phototshop 6 right now. Thanks.

Sadly not possible in 6, they got rid of it in that version. The good news is that they bought it back in 7, and on steroids.

If you download the 6.1 patch from Adobe though, the brush presets pop-up on right click (on a mac it's control-click), you can then assign that to one of your Wacom pen's buttons.
