You can do two things.
Bake them into your texture with david ikeda's zscript MaterialBaker v1. Do a search for it on ZB Central.
bake it into your texture through your uvs.
go to your lowest resolution level
generate a displacement map
Select the material that you want to bake into your texture
in the alpha palette, select the displacement map
alpha: Crop and Fill
Note: this will create a 2.5D canvas with your selecte material.
Texture: Grab Doc - to grab the canvas as a texture.
Now you have a texture from your material. Note, this requires you to have your uvs laid out in the standard production way. No AUV or GUV.
