Lighting effect

in photoshop if any of you guys have seen there is a render lighting filter... is there anything like that in combustion or after effects??? coz i have seen lotta vidoes they use that ...effect... the Render lighting effect... ( and thats lighting NOT LIGHTENING ) thanks

if i got you right you shoud just turn on shading (in composite setup) and place your light source according to the effect you want to achieve? the image also has specular etc. values that you can adjust just like in photoshop?

wow awesome... ok i still dont know combustion that welll so i have no idea wat your talking about ... but i wanna go thru the help file given in combustion and see if i can figure it out... if i still cant do it then ill ask you guys again ...
