movive quality plz help

u guys know how to make a movie quality like a real movie like quality..... any plugins...or softwareS?

1. A good video camera
2. Un-used tape, or not recycled.
3. Export non-lossy.
4. Tap Shoes and a shiny hat. (Not manditory)

The tap shoes definitely help though, so don't just ignore it.
