IK Joe setup tutorial for the leg and foot

Hi folks !

I've learn a lot of thing with Daniel Martinez Lara IKJoe setup, so I've wrote a tutorial on how to make it (with his authorization of course).

Hope it will be helpfull for some of you. Tell me if something goes wrong with my english.

wow, you're a ledge mate...
I found the Pepeland rigs to be super helpfull and inspiring but they hurt your brain when you're trying to reverse engineer them huh..
