Ok here Goes I have the Script for My CGI film Already done, Now I wanna Break It down Into Shot Lists to make the Storyboarding Easier. IS there any set way to do this, or do any of you have a format or way that I should do It?

not sure this is what you want to know, but:
I'm storyboarding a short script I wrote this week. It's the first time I do a storyboard, but I basically number the shots, or cuts as I name them, according to some other storyboards I've seen.
What I do is number my cuts like this: Scene 1 Cut 1, Scene 1 Cut 1.b, Scene 1 Cut 2, etc.
Scene number is the number of the scene in the script. Then I have a Cut number for each time the camera cuts to another camera. And Cuts with number and a letter are different positions for a moving camera/actor actions.

Hope that helps
