awesome! i love the mesh, and the textures are quite good also! would be nice with a bump map for that little extra touch

His legs look more like jumping than swimming legs. But my god would he jump high!

Thanks people, I did think about calling him frogman instead About the bump map, I decided to go for a spec map, I might put in a bump as well and see how that goes.

Squidman could be a more appropriate name. Looks very nice and the mesh is really clean. You can learn a lot about modelling by looking at other's meshes.

the glow around him in the render is making it hard to make out some of the details I think. Overall I think his colors are slightly too saturated for the realistic texture style you've used. Otherwise he is cool, sort of a Jamaican Cthulhu

Crikey it's alive. Cheers guys, this is an oldie for a game called Sudeki I worked on a few years ago. I had no choice, Adam, the art director was a sith and his saber was on my neck.

Anyhoo I've since removed the glow and packaged it a bit neater.
