Arrow Rock Pickup

Here's Peter Starostin's LowMax picking up a rock! I've posed out the pickup, it's just the carrying I need help with; the carry just doesn't look beliveable/realistic any thing that jumps out at you please let me know! And as you'll notice I didn't work on the walk to the rock yet...

generally it looks good. when he picks up the rock, it looks like the rock has some weight.
the movement of the figure looks pretty comic. when he moves up his arm, the movement is to fast. the overall movement could have some more flow. it looks kind of stiff. the weight that the rock has is missing in the rest of the animation. another thing is that when he walks, his feet don´t seem moving right. anyway, the picking up of the rock looks good

Thanks Toto Poto, I think I"ll just cut out the walk upto the rock; I just want to get this rock looking heavy, I'lll clean this up quickly, maybe not move the rock as much when he's carrying it, or like make him move first then step back, or even two steps forward, one step back....
Anyone else have something to add?

Thanks for the great reply Toto Poto
