(creepy) fluid in a bottle

Hello, I'm lucky enough to get to use Maya fluid for a bit and am trying to fill a beverage in a bottle. So far I've got a nice bottle, used a 3D container with emitter and let the two collide. Now my beverage creeps through the bottle ... I cranked the tessellation as far up as my computer could handle but it's still creeping. Is this the preferred way of filling fluid into objects? What can I do to stop it from being creepy? Thanks!

..

fluids don't make this job well you should use realflow or particles with inter collisions
with fluids you can make all kind of gas and SLOW heavy liquids like lave
