I really like what you are doing with skinning the alphas. It kind of reminds me of Gigers work, probably because he uses basicaly the same technique. He finds all sorts of cool little parts (like the ones from model cars and ships) and then uses them as masks for his airbrush spray, which produces detailed patterns easily and quickly for him.

I prefer the greyscale images over the colored versions, personally.

yeah, i'll second meats! very inspirational work. The Giger link is very defined. I would like to see more contrast between the light and darks personally. more of a developed mood to the image.
