Question Problems with playing the animated tutorials from ZBrush...?

Hi, does any1 know which codec or program I need for playing the animated tutorials from The ZBrush Homepage, and the one made by Stripe?

When I try to play the movies the two from the official site work but they play wàààààày to fast! Does any1 know how to slow it down? And the one by Stripe doesn't play at all!

How do I fix this?
