How to do snake movement?

Hello people. I've been using LW for quite a while, but i've never really needed to do anything that has snake motion in it before? in older versions of LW i think this wasn't possible. How does one go about making a snake motion in LW?

I'm trying to do an animation where a reel of film slithers about like a snake, and then forms the outline of a logo.

You can use bones, spline deformers such as Shift Spline Transform or Bezier Bend, DStorms Trailer plugin and several other ways
