Asset management hooks...

When will modo get hooks to apps like AlienBrain or Perforce? I'd love to be able to check models in and out from within the modo shell. I guess I could script modo to talk to Perforce but it would be nice to see some deeper intergration.

BTW, if you don't know what Perforce is go look. You can actually download the whole thing for free with the only limit being that it only supports two users. Great if like me you work on your own.

Is there any information on the Modo API available on the net?
I am currently writing an Alienbrain integration for another 3d application and would like to take a look at what interfaces Modo offers.
