Seeing RAM used

How can I see how much RAM it's being used in total in XP, or broke down by applications?
I know this may be too much to ask, but I remember this was a simple thing to check in the Mac, when checking "About this computer" it'd bring up a window showing bars representing the maximum ram assigned to each applc, and how much ram was being used per applic.

Is there something similar on WinXP?

Thanks in advance,

DrPepperCan

Ctrl + Alt + Delete brings up the task manager.
