Digital Fusion and DFX+

Could someone explain what the difference is between Digital Fusion and DFX+? Their website didn't really explain it clearly.

They are both based on the same interface and engine. DFX+ is broken up to be modular, in that you only buy the parts that you need, IE keying, or particles. It is also limited to 8 bit rendering per channel. There are a few other minor things it lacks like Look up tables and the like. I believe that it's possible to upgrade DFX+ to a full DF if you need to later on.
