3D and Black & White : Cafe Press

Well, I think I have finally found a way to get my work printed in a rather artistic fashion.

There are some limitations in that Cafe Press is only doing Black & White @ the moment, but the quality of the books is right up there with Black&White Japanese mangas. Plus, I love limitations and think this will be a great excercise in showing how 3D can excel in Black&White as well.

Anyway, I posted a mini review on my experience with a Cafe Press book from the artist Ashley Wood, and you can read it on my site:

I sometimes wish that I could moderate posts like in Slashdot (both for positive AND negative aspects).

Anyway, here's a +1 Informative for you.

What does that mean?

I don't frequent slashdot.

It's a good thing.
Does that book have a good scale of values?
The black appears to be a bit washed out, but maybe it's the particular pages.

PS: Very lifelike hand! (though you should finish modelling the fingers)

I am very satisfied with the product, so that's good enough for me...
