Concept Sketch: Legionary

I know that is kinda late to get in the contest, but just now I have some more spare time to make this character... I'd like to say congrats for all the other entries... I can see awesome works going on...

Best,

Fausto.

Concept Sketch: Legionary

Valeu pela forca galera. Valeu mesmo Leonardo e Jr Braz!!!
Thanks a lot for the kind words guys!!! KWAK- I saw your work yesterday... it's AWESOME!!
Man- Yes, I forgot to post his story... he's a soldier in the middle of the desert... he is really tired to kill, and I'm trying to capture the moment that he just shot someone. Now he's thinking about his life and how his spirit dies a little bit after each kill... Kinda deep, hehehe.

I'm posting a more detailed sketch...I'm starting on the modeling right now...

You could do some really killer texturing on this model...sandy worn metals, dirty, gritty seams and welding. All kinds of infections where he's been surgically altered - I imagine it'd be pretty hard to keep clean in the desert. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

I'm honoured you like my work, Get modeling!
