paint problem

i did some paint work on a footage, saved it and when i opened it the next day all the values had moved propably to the left, im not sure, point is it was a completely different picture. all the strokes were there, but in a completely different position. I tried doing similar things to new projects and had the same problem. Anyone seen this before?

I have not seen this myself, and I'm using 4.03b on a daily basis with paint. Is it as simple as paint a stroke and then save/load the file and it's wrong?

If so, I'd contact tech support and let them know.
