Question Lowpolycharacter modeling crashcurs

Normally im a big fan of Maya but in creating gamecontent
Maya lacks in many points so i want to switch to 3D Studio
Max so i would cool if somebody knows a good tutorial were
is shown how to create a lowpolycharmodel with all impotant
steps in modeling, texturing and any used tools.I would really
thankfull for some good links and help.

Loony Games has a lot of Paul Steed's tips and tricks. They went defunct some time ago, so something might be missing.
