Shoulder Deformation

Hello everybody I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions or techniques for getting realistic shoulder deformations or knew of any tutorial links on this subject.

yeah.....the same problem.......I think it's quite impossible to make
shoulders realistic.
Very hard specially for women.

just gotta tweak it really. alot of its down to your modelling, but dont forget to use deformers that are activated by the bones that
make the muscles slide up and down appropiately.
one thing to remember when doing shoulders is to add a shoulder joint and use an expression that rotates this when you characters arms lift or drop. when you lift your arms above your head, you'll notice your shoulders rotate with it without this movement its almost impossible to get your arms above your head.
not exactly button press tastic but hope it helps.

What I'd really like to know is how to handle shoulders in realtime models.
