adrenaline tutorial @ flash/illuminations

hi there,
i was trying to follow the adrenaline tutorial @ http://www.swift3d.com/illuminations/ .
seems to work fine with the swift part.
but when it comes to flash actionscript its a bit harder.
i am not able to remove the imported movieclip built in swift like he's telling.
must be something wrong with the way he named the instances of the movieclip.
they are both named track and this way the debugger says they are duplicating and duplicating and duplicating and the animated track slows down due to bufferoverload.

anybody ever made that tut and discovered the same problem or is it just me?
would be highly appreciated to get some help.
