rigging large shouldered types

Hey chaps,

I'm looking at rigging a character in the vein of el macho from despicable me 2, large shoulders and large belly. Just wondered if anyone had any reference for rigs or approaches to rigging these areas so that they don't lose volume.

Suggestions appreciated!

I'm not sure what you're looking for. I sure you know a variety of techniques for volume preservation. Are you interested in muscle systems or simpler balance of volumes and joints?
