Talking Realistic head - Zbrush/Maya

The plan is to make super realistic close-up head render in Maya. I'm working on the model now.
I got the basic shape and retopo in Zbrush. Not sure if proportions are wright. Didn't go for skin details yet. Just added some sand-like noise in Maya for the surface.

I was looking at this model for to long, can't see any more. Need your help
I am aiming BIG. Critique will be appreciated!

Current progress:

Model is sitting in Maya now:

what reference are you working of? the proportions don't seem right, for example the lips seem too big, eyes too far from each other, just a feeling, and the noise seems to strong, skin is not that noisy
keep up the good work

Hi Milan,

Thanks for the feedback.

I started with this picture that i found online. Than it was more googling millions of japanese face references, because you cant see much here. And so I was just sculpting an ultimate perfect girl. Lately i was trying to make her less perfect, more real, but rear.

yep, the lips. I think I watch to much Angelina Jolie..

The eyes, It is a real pain to place them right, than you make a test render with an iris and it looks like crap! I knew there was something wrong with them..

Well the plan was to make an asian head at the beginning. Because I am not an asian it was quite hard to actually model an asian beauty. The eyes, head shape, everything is different.

Than I gave up and just carry on sculpting someone new. It actually become more and more looking like my best friend from the teannager times. She is not asian.

The overal model of the face seems kinda bumpy, I think it should smoother, and I would advice you to use more reference images, without ithem, it's very difficult to make face look real
