Render problem

I don't know a lot about rendering so I figured I must be doing something wrong. When I use CTRL+R to render zbrush only renders a small part of my canvas. How do I change the size? Ctrl+Shift+R isn't working for me.

Cursor Selective Render Ctrl+R
this means it renders where your cursor is at.

Ctrl+Shift+R is suppose to render all AND if it doesn't go to the render menu and press the BEST button.

for better render press SHIFT+R this is a better kind of render which is called BPR,
its located on the upper right,

a little under the BPR is the floor button to to have shadows on the ground
