a lot of troubles,please help me...

Hi guys,
I've been trying to put my hi mesh to low with zspheres projection,but the result is that show in the image,so,if anybody have some tip to solve this,I will be gratefull...




another question is about the mask tool resolution,when I mask my model,even in a highest level,there are some sharpen edges...
is there a way to fix this?
please help me my friends...
