Project Hope: searching for artists

Hello, my name is Bellini Virgil and I have a passion for videogames, 3D art, comic books, manga and films since I was little. And now as never I'm trying to merge all these passions in a little-big gamem .Maybe it's too bold of a game. I called it "Hope". It takes inspiration from the film "Reign of fire" and "The green mile" plotwise. I'm trying to give it a bitter-sweet taste treating miracles that can happen in everyday life thanks to common people. It's not good as Master Stephen King's works, but I put my 100% in it. The graphics are Half manga and half realistic. The gameplay is that of a uncommon FPS with very strong platform elements.

Hope is about a world where dragons exist and are slowly waking up from their underground lairs, whom are in geothermal pockets, mainly deep under volcanoes. Some cities like Paris, London and the state of Alabama have been attacked, but the threat has been eliminated. Problem is, other dragons are going to awake soon and no fast and efficient way has been found for eliminating them because of the hardened scales. A 20 year old boy has been taken from the marine corps due his good conduct and excellent fighting skills against the first dragons and sent in a one-man spec-ops mission in a unknown underground city. Traces of an ancient civilization have been found there. The purpose of the mission being the answer to one question: How to fight dragons without severe losses?

I'm working seriously at this project all by myself for less than a year, but I have to do a reboot of the plot and location that was near the Macupichu. This is why I'd like to create a team. These are the screens of the old project.

As shown, I'm using the UDK(Unreal Engine 3) and I'm looking for talented 3D and 2D artists. Preferably 3ds max users who know how to create content for the UDK, manga artists and background artists.

The terms are the following:

-The time of the creation of a demo will be 5 months
-All the earnings from the sales of the game will be shared equally between team members

Big bonuses:

-A huge love and passion for videogames
-Living in Italy in Bologna or Florence, or at least the possibility to travel to Bologna to talk face to face(team building)

I work as a 3D modeller and if you're wondering, these are my skills:

-3DS MAX: hard-surface modeller
-Photoshop: Concept artist(mainnly Characters), texturer
-Zbrush: soft-surface Modeller(mostly characters)
UDK: Unreal Script programmer
