Looking for Advice

I'm currently a 24 year old Illustrator/Visual Effects Artist working for a small production company in America. While the work is solid, working in television (reality television) is incredibly demoralizing. I've decided to try to turn this into a positive motivation and it has made me really want to go back to school. I've already graduated with a philosophy degree from a small liberal arts college. I'm completely self taught. I figure now is the perfect time to go back to school as i have relatively few things holding me down. Heres the rub, time and money are both of the essence, so i'm looking for a one year (optimistically) program in entertainment or industrial design. ultimately i'd love to be a concept artist. I've already looked into both FZD and the Gnomon school entertainment design track. I'd love to hear any current or graduated students from either of these programs or if there is anything similar anybody can recommend. Thank you so much for your opinions, I greatly appreciate them.

Hey man,

If your able to make a living in film, than your already doing pretty well. When you get into the art stuff, its all about your portfolio and your connections.

DAVE School is another 1 year program to look at. Sorry to provide an open ended and anecdotal answer to your question.
