'Grand Theft Auto' Maker May Face Charges

"The maker of the controversial but best-selling "Grand Theft Auto" video games said Securities and Exchange Commission staff plan to recommend civil action against the company for alleged accounting violations. New York-based Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. said Thursday its chairman, Ryan A. Brant, an unnamed employee and two former officers also received notices from SEC staff. Brant founded the company in 1993. "

Deceptive thread title, this doesn't really have anything to do with GTA. Just another stupid company cooking the books.

This reminds me a lot of the stuff that Larry Flint had to go through because he was controversial with Hustler magazine . I think anybody who does anything the conservatives don't like is going to get sued/charged left and right ...nothing new
