If you've seen these, then you have seen his work. He also created classic Zeppelin and Peter Gabriel covers, among many others.

If you're as old as me, many of these cover images are like talismans of childhood. I even made sleeve holders I could mount on the wall of my room and I would rotate didfferent covers through them, just so I could see and appreciate them more.

A great slideshow retrospective made in 2010.

I practically discovered Pink Floyd during school because of the amazing cover work I once saw in a store. Hope they do one last reunion in memory of him and Richard Wright.

EDIT : A kickstarter documentary project on his work from couple of years ago.

Great link. So many iconic covers! I had the first issue LedZep In Through the out Door which had dried watercolor pigments integrated into the printing in certain areas of the photo so that if you dabbed water on it, you could color in that object. I didn't fill in all the objects with their colors, but I dabbed them to see what colors they were.
