TSM2 rig problem

HI

I facing some weird problem when using TSM2 rig, I have follow all the guide, first create the biped and go to TSM menu create rig, while the bone appear, I then smooth bind skin the bone with my modeling. But weird things happen like below the picture

after smooth bind skin only body part affect by bind skin, but the hand and leg is not attach right on the bone

just like this when I rotate the hand controller,only bone will be animate the modeling not follow why?

i have used tsm2 and face machine at two different studios. so far i have not really had any big problems, other than if i need a super customized rig. it is difficult to tell from your pics what is happening.

but what i can tell you is that the guys at Anzovin have usually been quick to answer any of my questions about the rig. i would shoot them an email. they usually get back to me in a day or so or less.

or if you can, post more info about your prob and maybe we can find some answers on here.

btw, i think one prob might be after looking again is that your arm geometry is getting pulled on by the green influence objects in the spine area. so in other words select the arm verts ande make sure they are not weighted at all to the spine.
