Exclamation TSM2 Rig problem!

Hi

recently I try to rig a character using TSM2, but something weird happen. I have follow the instruction guide first create the biped, then create rig from TSM menu, then bind skin the character model with the bone but the result is not correct at all, really need some help

after bind skin, when I move the middle spin controller, the body geomentry is moving, but the hand and legs is not follow/moving, like the picture below:

Another problem is the hand and leg controller is not affected by the bindskin, if I rotate the hand controller, only the joint will follow, the hand geomentry will remind at the same place why!!! TT
