ProjectQ - JinX-310
During the past three months we have been working on a project called the Quadroped Project at the animation workshop. We were taken through the process of designing a four legged creature, then modeling, texturing, shading and lighting it, then comping it in nuke and integrating it into a live plate. I have recapped the stepsmade in this post
First it was concepting for one week and I made this image:
Then we moved on to modelling for two weeks and this:
Then it was rigging for two weeks followed by texturing and lighting for three weeks (We were paired up with an animator that would animate our rig while we played with lights and textures)

Lastly we had comping for one week in Nuke. This is the result:

Next project is to create a kick ass still image of the robot, any suggestions for poses or scenarios for this image?
