Track rotating object

Hi guys.
I've got this shot where a subject rotates on his own Y axis. A 720 smooth rotation. So i wanna use PfTrack so i can track his already-prepared-with-tracking-points-enormous-face.
When solving the object, the result is not even close.
So. Should i tell the software which point is the same on each complete revolution and how can i do that? or should i blow my head away?

Any suggestion? I'll appreciate in advance.
