Io9:Watch how Blood & Chrome resurrected the Battlestar Galactica using greenscreen
Quote:
"We've got an exclusive, behind the scenes look at how Blood & Chrome built the Galactica without having access to any of the physical sets from Ronald D. Moore's Battlestar series. VFX artists, producers and engineers give us a glimpse of how they rebuilt this giant "war machine." Taken from the special features on the Blood & Chrome Blu-Ray and DVD release. " http://io9.com/5984360/watch-how-bl...n?post=57442967 NOTE: Keep in mind this was a incredibly low budget effort. But I would not be surprised if it wins an Emmy for VFX. __________________

Wow. I was actually planning to watch this tonight. Now I am even more interested! I think I will save the break downs until after I've seen it though.

I'll probably get that DVD set for my Dad. He used to watch the old Battlestar series in the old days and when they started the new series, his eyes nearly fell out of his head in amazement at what they had done with the whole thing.
