Ulna, Boris Joanovic (3D)

Title: Ulna
Name: Boris Joanovic
Country: Slovakia
Software: 3ds max, ZBrush

From the first moment I've seen concept of Ulna created by Tsukuyomi, I said to myself that it would be great to have it as a real figure. Then in time I have started to think, why not modelling and printing 3D Ulna from Zbrush. So here it is, although I have made some changes in shape, some of them because of 3d printing restrictions and some of them because I wanted to do.

Which 3D print?

Amazing sculpt, and very good result, too.
May I ask you which 3D printer was used, and/or which service realized the print?

That's amazing work, and the 3D print is super quality. Will you airbrush the print or leave it grey?

Cool work. Print looks same as 3D model. It must be so good to actually hold it in hand after you sculpted it in ZB.

CS1 thank you
Dillster I am not good at painting models, and I am afraid that after painting it, she will looks like toy. So for now, I will leave her grey.
InTerceptoV so glad that you like it.

Nice The 3D prototyping printers I see like the ZPrinter print in color. But we use them more to simulate a colored plastic or solid colored material for product design. Not to produce a realistically shaded figure.
I kind of like it like that maybe painted with gloss paint then glazed to look like a aged bronze statue would look cool. But I agree many times when painted models look like a toy action figure and Not so much like a piece of art.
