Anything weird?

Hey peeps, This is my second attempt at a character creation tool in Maya. I'd really like to get some fresh feedback about how it looks so far. To make sure it doesnt' have any weird porportions or anything. I just really need some fresh perspective. Also my previous attempt wasn't that well received so this is take two and I want to get it right.
The model is going to be rigged and will have 1 extra subdevision, so pretty low poly, but the project will otherwize become too slow (which happened with my previous attempt).
Hope you guys can help! It's much appreciated. ^^
The character is supposed to have more head then body ratio and the hands and feet are the least important.
She's also a bit chubby which is also desired as I will be making a fat and skinny version as well.

The 1st critique

You should subdivide the model again to eliminate those nasty edges you can see. None of the model's proportions are off in my opinion.The model overall looks good. Great job.

Just a question. Why does she have three fingers (unless you are going for that in your model).

One obvious thing that stands out are the ears. Human ears stick out at more of an angle and these look quite flat to the head. If anything, on a character like thisI would exaggerate the angle even more than the average human ear. If these are going to be covered up by hair then this is less of a problem but short hair or pony tails and it will make a big difference to your final model.
