How to compse double layers glasses

Hi there,

I am facing a problems after rendered different passes(Alpha, RawReflection, RawRefraction) in Max using Vray, and then I import all these passes into PS to edit. However once I put the background picture as bottom layer, the problem come out that the staff in between the glass also showing transparent, hence the background image showing incorrectly on the glass part. (see pictures), can any one help? Thanks
