Male head

Ive been sculpting this head for a while but I cant seem to get it right. I feel it doesn't look human and just cant see whats wrong. Ive been looking at images online trying to see if its a proportion issue or a skin flow issue but just cant pin point it. If anyone could please critique the head and give suggestions to improve on its realism, I would really appreciate it.

It would be easier to comment on this if we would have also a look at your reference images. The ear is somehow strange - but since ears are can have pretty strange forms (or in this case more the transition between head and ear)...
I also think that the line on the chin has a too hard transition from wrinkle to not wrinkle - it could be smoother. and of course color, wrinkles and skinpattern make a big difference.

Thanks for the suggestions. Would you say this is better, or does it still still look a little off?

It looks okay to me. Without your reference image it isn't possible for us to compare it with anything.
I like to learn.

To me, the eyes look a little too far apart and the whole face looks too symmetrical. You really need to post your references.
