how to convert my cache data into pc2 or pts.(last night on the project pls help!)

i am actually a maya user and i exported my scene to my friend as an fbx file. The cache data goes with fbx has an extension called .mc . Everything is working just fine inside of the max but when we try to send our scene to rebus farm we are having an error for farm couldnt find cache data even if it is working inside of program. When we ask farm info about this they suggest us to convert out cache data .pc2 or .pts . How could i do this on max?
