Megan Fox Digital Painting
Hi guys! I'm back with this new digital painting of Megan Fox.
I'm still a newbie,so I need a lot of critiques on my pieces!

I gave you some suggestions in your other WIP that you didn't respond to. I don't know if you saw it or not.
As for you Megan Fox image--it doesn't look like her, because you haven't studied/practiced enough to portray shapes, form, and volume accurately. You also haven't spent enough time studying anatomy/figure, so there's no structural understanding of how a head is supposed to be formed, and you don't notice when you've skewed the proportions too much.
You need to spend time working on the basic foundations of visual art, or else everything you do as an artist will continue to have all kinds of mistakes that you can't see, but are very obvious to the more advanced artists, and you won't know how to fix those mistakes without people pointing them out one by one in detail. If you work on learning the critical foundations of visual art (Shapes/form, composition, perspective, lighting/values, color theory, anatomy/figure, etc), you'll improve far faster than just floundering aimlessly while doing copies of photos that have tons of mistakes in them.
