Mudbox 2012: Cant UNDO and "Over Painting"

Mudbox 2012: Cant UNDO and "Over Painting"

Hallo everybody,
I am just started with Mudbox 2012 and I found some problems...
First, cant UNDO... I don't know why?
Second, when I use a Stencil and I project a Stancil Image over a visible mesh planes, seems all right but than, if I rotate mesh I find some parts (before not visible) colored...? Whit Brush tool is the same...
(P.s. In my example, I'm texturing a coverBook (Front, Spline, Back)).
How can I avoid it?

Many TahNKS!

Hi Oglu,
I attach a sceenshot. When I paint (projected stencil) spline coverbook it contaminates the BackCoverbook...
