Unhappy Problems with topology

Hello! I'm pretty new to Zbrush and modeling and I'm having trouble with topology.

My first problem is that the topology somewhat moved from the model and I can't get it back in place, preventing me from working on it anymore..! (I know there's another person who asked the same question earlier, but the answer is to use another method and I can't really use another method, since I'm doing this work for school) Here's a pic of the problem:

Second problem, and most important one: when I do a projection in order to get the alpha details, I'm getting some weird low-res pikes in some spot of the model. Why does this happen and how do I get rid of it?

Thank you!
