Hi. Good color matching and lighting, but why you put the chips on top of the alien stomach like that? On first look it's like he eats his own intestines:(
Also I think alien will look better if there is more accurate anatomical details on it, I mean on the legs, especially the fingers, looks a little bit unnatural.

I agree with @chokata about that detail, but all in all I find the work really great.
Some details (e.g. the toes hinting through the socket, but there are many others) add a lot to the scene's feeling. Great lighting and texturing.
